In the field of outdoor exploration, Xintai Instruments showcased a range of high-performance outdoor infrared thermal imaging products to on-site guests. Among them, the all-new S3-635 wide-angle handheld thermal imager and the S3-635L laser rangefinder wide-angle handheld thermal imager became the center of attention. Both devices are equipped with a 640×512 high-definition infrared detector, support a 50Hz high refresh rate, and feature a 0.37-inch OLED high-definition display for smooth and detailed imagery. The S3-635L also integrates a 1200-meter laser rangefinder, providing precise positioning support for nighttime adventures and outdoor search-and-rescue operations.
Additionally, the A220 four-in-one handheld thermal imager attracted significant attention from guests for its integrated head-mounted/front-sling/thermal-scope/handheld multifunctional design. Equipped with 640×512 infrared resolution and 50Hz frame rate, it can detect vehicles up to 3,100 meters away with an identification range exceeding 700 meters. The device supports smart features such as hot spot tracking and picture-in-picture display. Paired with a 5,000mAh detachable battery, it offers over 6 hours of continuous operation, making it an ideal choice for long-distance outdoor exploration.
A New Power Tool for Industrial Inspection
Targeting industrial inspection, building diagnostics and other application scenarios, Xintai Instrument exhibited multiple handheld infrared thermal imagers. Among them, two flagship models - the H201 and H301 - both feature a 256×192 high-resolution infrared detector, support 50Hz high refresh rate, and are equipped with a 3.5-inch high-definition display. The devices support real-time temperature tracking of three points: center point/highest temperature/lowest temperature, with a temperature measurement range from -20℃ to 550℃ and an accuracy of ±2℃ or ±2%.
The H301 further supports WIFI real-time image preview and multi-mode display (thermal imaging, visible light, dual-spectrum fusion, and picture-in-picture). It is suitable for various scenarios such as power maintenance, fire safety inspections, and outdoor search and rescue, making it a powerful assistant for technical professionals across multiple industries.
A New Height in Intelligent Sensing
At this exhibition, Xintai Instrument also showcased multiple popular new products including intelligent pod systems, modules, gimbals, and surveillance spheres, which attracted significant attention from attendees. Among them, the T23/T24/T25 series intelligent electro-optical pods are meticulously crafted from aviation-grade aluminum alloy. Featuring 30x hybrid zoom and 500,000 effective pixels, they enable 360° omnidirectional detection with three-axis stabilization (heading, pitch, and roll). Equipped with a 10.0 TOPS AI computing module, the pods can simultaneously detect over 10 targets with a detection rate ≥90% and recognition rate ≥85%. Supporting laser rangefinding up to 1,200 meters, the entire unit weighs <2 kg, making it suitable for applications such as drone inspection, vehicle-mounted monitoring, security protection, and industrial detection.
The T28 is a high-performance intelligent camera integrating a three-axis gimbal and 6 TOPS AI computing power. Equipped with a 1/2-inch CMOS sensor, it delivers 48-megapixel high resolution and supports 15-50mm optical zoom (equivalent focal length 81-270mm), enabling clear long-distance imaging. Built with a 640×512 resolution uncooled infrared sensor, its temperature measurement range covers -20℃ to +550℃. The laser rangefinding module achieves a measurement range of 3-1200 meters with ±1 meter accuracy. Widely applicable in fields such as drone inspection, security monitoring, smart transportation, and industrial detection.
