Today, the industrial-automation world welcomed a milestone product: Dongguan Xintai Instrument & Meter Co., Ltd. officially launched its next-generation HT-E350D intelligent controller. Designed as a core unit for Industry 4.0, the E350D combines near-extreme performance specs, unprecedented functional integration, and a future-proof architecture to solve the toughest challenges in control accuracy, system response, and integration efficiency—delivering an ultimate solution for high-end smart manufacturing.
At its heart, the HT-E350D carries a dual-core Cortex-A9 processor running at 800 MHz, paired with FPGA-based hardware acceleration. Basic instruction cycle time drops below 2 ms, while motion-control instructions are scheduled with nanosecond precision. 512 MB DDR3 RAM and 8 GB eMMC on-board storage keep large programs and data logs flowing smoothly. I/O is equally muscular: 64 software-configurable digital channels, 24 16-bit analog inputs, and 8 ±10 V analog outputs—ready for high-precision sensors and actuators.

HT-E350D is a true “all-protocol” gateway. The rear panel hosts two Gigabit EtherCAT ports, one PROFINET interface, two RS485 ports (Modbus RTU), and one USB 2.0 host. Rated for –25 °C to +75 °C and 5 %–95 % RH non-condensing, it meets IEC 61000-6-2 and IEC 61000-6-4 EMC standards and delivers an MTBF exceeding 100 000 h.

A wide-range 24 VDC (±20 %) supply feeds the unit; an optional redundant power module is available. Typical consumption is only 12 W. An advanced diagnostics suite tracks more than 50 internal parameters—core temperature, load current, communication jitter—and streams them to a host via a built-in digital-twin interface for predictive maintenance.
With these credentials, the HT-E350D is destined to become the “brain” of choice for semiconductor wafer handling, collaborative robots, high-speed Delta robots, flying-vision positioning, and any application that demands microsecond-level real-time performance and micron-level precision. It enables closed-loop position updates at >100 Hz and synchronized control of up to 256 axes, pushing equipment performance to new limits and empowering manufacturers to leap forward in productivity and flexible automation.
